FOBLO processes account details, workspace and profile information, opportunity and application records, consent choices, service activity, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Workspace members may provide workspace names, brand information, opportunities, internal application decisions, collaboration details, and related account activity. Access is limited according to workspace membership and assigned permissions.

Participants may provide a name, location, profile categories, biography, profile photo, portfolio links, and optional self-reported public or social profile information. Contact details are not shown to businesses as part of the private Workspace Network.

FOBLO stores opportunity applications, submitted answers, application status, invitations, collaboration records, and related activity so businesses and applicants can manage their work.

Workspace consent and optional FOBLO Network consent are separate choices. A participant can change these settings in their Personal Workspace. Consent changes and related history may be retained for operational and accountability purposes.

FOBLO may use essential browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and session-level product measurement. The exact cookie and analytics inventory, retention periods, and any consent requirements must be confirmed during legal review.

Participants can submit a deletion request from Privacy settings. A request is reviewed by FOBLO and does not delete an account or its records automatically. Some records may need to be retained where there is a valid legal, security, or operational reason.
