FOBLO provides tools for businesses to publish opportunities and manage applications, invitations, collaborations, and related communication with professional participants.

Users are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access credentials secure, and using only accounts and workspaces they are authorised to access.

Business users are responsible for their workspace content, opportunities, decisions, invitations, and compliance with obligations that apply to their activities and relationships with applicants.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of profile and application information they submit. Applying or accepting an invitation does not by itself guarantee selection, payment, or a completed collaboration.

Businesses must describe opportunities and compensation accurately. FOBLO provides the service used to manage these records but is not automatically a party to arrangements made between a business and a participant.

Users retain responsibility for content they upload or submit and must have the rights needed to use it. The final terms must define the limited permissions FOBLO needs to host and display that content.

Users must not misuse the service, impersonate others, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, access data without permission, or use FOBLO to send unsolicited or abusive communications.

FOBLO may change, maintain, or temporarily interrupt the service. No uninterrupted-availability commitment is stated in this draft.
